SOUS CHEF - MONTAMMY GOLF CLUB This position is second in command in the kitchen. This manager ensures that all food production workers are performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards established by the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef assumes all duties of the Executive Chef when necessary. The environment is focused on quality services with the emphasis on constant improvement and innovation. The Sous Chef works to create an environment where staff and members alike are involved and enthusiastic, with open communications and respect for themselves, members, guests and the property. General Duties:
Prepare daily specials as established or assigned by the Executive Chef. Complete quality control line check for each meal period.
Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in a private club environment is strongly preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write and speak English to facilitate communication.
